Designed a 2,932 SF gut renovation and new second story addition including kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining area, den, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, foyer. Creative use of light wells in the new second story to maintain minimum quality of natural light provided by existing skylights in the original 1-story structure. Reconfigured the entry sequence to welcome guests.
